The Integrate Initiative provides a structured 3-month learning experience covering:
Introduction to Skywave operationsOverview of VoIP technologies: Yeastar, Grand stream, Yealink, Euphoria, Workplace professionalism & program expectations.
VoIP system setup (IP PBX, GSM/SIP gateways)Router & firewall configuration CRM & helpdesk integrations.
Participate in client site installationsHands-on troubleshooting & helpdesk support System monitoring & post-deployment service.
Communication, teamwork, time management, leadershipProfessional engagement during live projects.
Yeastar, Grand stream, Yealink & EuphoriaLab practice, mock tests & exam readiness.
Present a deployment or technical projectReceive performance feedback from industry mentors.
