Skywave Technologies is seeking a motivated and fast-learning Intern to join our Technical Services team. This internship is ideal for final-year university or college students in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. The intern will assist with configuration, deployment, and support of VoIP systems, cloud-based PBX, and enterprise communications infrastructure. You'll gain hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced engineers, and the opportunity to work on real client projects.

1. Orientation & Onboarding.

VoIP system setup (IP PBX, GSM/SIP gateways)
Router & firewall configuration CRM & helpdesk integrations.
2. Business Communication Systems Training.

Participate in client site installations
Hands-on troubleshooting & helpdesk support System monitoring & post-deployment service.
3. Real-World Technical Deployment.

Communication, teamwork, time management, leadership 
Professional engagement during live projects.
4. Soft Skills Development.
