✽ Computer Hardware Maintenance

Routine preventive maintenance - Installing operating systems and drivers
- RAM, storage and peripheral upgrades
- Identifying and troubleshooting faulty components.
✽ Basic VoIP Technologies

Introduction to IP telephony and SIP. - Installing operating systems and drivers
- Setting up and configuring VoIP phones.
- Understanding IP PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, FreePBX)
- VoIP call routing basics
- Network requirements for VoIP (QoS, bandwidth, latency)
Who can apply?
- Students or recent graduates in ICT, Computer Science or related fields.
- Eager to learn and passionate about tech.
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking or VoIP is a plus - but not a must!
